About me

I’m Jessie Lewis, and I’ve always lived at the intersection of ambition and connection. I’m wired to understand people deeply, and I’m driven to help them build relationships that actually support the lives they’re trying to create.

With my Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Medical Biology from the private university Florida Tech and my Social Health coaching certification from the Women’s Relational Health Institute, I combine behavioral science with relational strategy to help high performers build lives that are actually sustainable.

I teach the skills most people were never taught: how to expand your network, deepen meaningful relationships, and step out of connections that quietly drain your well-being.

My work blends evidence-based coaching with practical, real-world support so you can improve your social health, strengthen your resilience, and elevate both your personal and professional life.
