Loneliness Prevention Strategy
We identify what aspect of your life is missing joy, dopamine, pleasure, etc. We build the criteria to quantify joy, dopamine, and pleasure, etc. in relation to others and oneself.
We strategize the best methods to meet your needs of a less lonely life. We have 3 subsequent check-ins.
1st Call (45 min) - Formal Plan Summary Provided
2nd Call (30 min) - First check-in, Homework #1: 20 Seconds of Courage to make small talk with a stranger
3rd Call (30 min) - Second check-in, Homework #2: Solo dinner at a high top/bar or a solo coffee date with a book
4th Call (30 min) - Third check-in, Homework #3: Join a class or community group with physical touch or eye contact.
Ex) Volunteer… at a soup kitchen or shelter. Attend a beginner’s jiu jitsu class. Sign up for local improv. Go to a group salsa lesson.
